The Healthiest Food

Some people don’t like the way cheese smell and think that it tastes like cream that has already gone bad, but those descriptions have never made much sense to me. For me, cheese is an attractive masterpiece, so appetizing that I would love to meet the person who invented it and express my gratitude for his great work.

I’ll never forget the first time I tasted Camembert, a soft and creamy yellow cheese which was first made in France. I had the first experience in a special buffet as a part of our family trip to Je-ju island. It gave off a pleasant light scent of fresh milk. As soon as I put it into my mouth, it just melted into a mouthful of soft cream that tasted like a small slice of sweet bread soaked in milk.

That was the start of my journey through the world of cheese, which pushed me to search about several kinds of cheese around the world. I tried my best not to look at the mouth-watering photos, because I couldn’t taste it anyway. But the photos forced me to look. Whenever I see those photos of delicious cheese, I had to console myself by eating handmade pizza with extra cheese, ha!!:)

As I searched through the Internet, an article about health benefits of cheese grabbed my attention. The article listed a number of benefits of eating cheese. Among them, I was interested in two very different benefits, solving sleep deprivation, and improving digestive system.

Cheese helps people with sleeping disorder because it contains a component called tryptophan, which helps calming our nerve cells. Also, it promotes the formation of serotonin, a substance that is responsible for sleep.

Another benefit is that cheese could improve digestive system. As many people already know, milk is rich in pro-biotics. When these beneficial bacteria go into our body, they fight with harmful virus and kill them. Milk is rich in these beneficial cells, and so does cheese. Scientists found out that the number of pro-biotics rise significantly in the process of fermentation into cheese. If you are suffering from sleep deprivation or problems in digestive system, I think you should try eating cheese. I’m sure it will surely be helpful.

Internet- Foe or Friend

Most of the people buy everyday supplies through the Internet not the shopping mall. In Korea, more than 30 million people shop online. In school text books, the Internet based political activities including voting are referred to as popular ways of expressing our opinions in society. But we should still use Internet adequately and in the right ways because it has both good sides and bad sides. The Internet is used positively for searching and sharing information. It has a useful format that enables users to find information conveniently. Its main function is arranging the information into a fixed form which is designed to be searcher-friendly. The Internet, however, can cause some problems as well. Excessive information search might force the internet users to fall into the maze of information and then the users can’t find what they really want. Sometimes using the Internet can be addictive and so it could lead people to...

Music, Effective Medicine for Modern Life

Have you ever imagined yourself lying on a beach with a glass of cocktail in your hand underneath the shade of a tree, listening to the music you like the most? We mostly imagine this to be a scene in our vacation trip and always long to be there because it means we could get some relaxation. But we should reconsider about this statement because the factors that help us relax varies from person to person. For me, though, it is music. As most of the teenagers do. I love listening to music. Whenever I listen to my own playlist, I feel like I’m back home and safe. The songs that are included in the list varies from fast and exciting music full of beats and raps, all the way to those that are quite slow but convey romantic feelings. Why did I add bunch of songs that doesn’t match with each other in terms of their musical traits? I’d say that’s because of my feelings or emotions. At the early mornings of my weekdays when I start the exciting but tired day, I don’t want to list...
